LET GOD SUSTAIN YOU

Luke  10: 38-42 "Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house.   And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus feet and heard His word.   But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, “Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me.” And Jesus answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.” Martha was anxious and busy with many things and she could not treasure the Presence of Jesus in that place. But Mary knew that Jesus was God on earth, it was something extraordinary... she couldn't lose one minute without her attention on Him. Once we know Jesus, we can't continue living a normal life anymore!!! Mary chose the good part and she...

DEALING WITH REBUKES

We usually don't like to be rebuked...   But... Without correction we do not reach the perfect and pleasant path of THE WILL AND THE PEACE of God . Proverbs 12: 1 "Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge, But he who hates correction is stupid.” Proverbs 9: 7-9 "He who corrects a scoffer gets shame for himself, And he who rebukes a wicked man only harms himself. Do not correct a scoffer, lest he hate you; Rebuke a wise man, and he will love you. Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; Teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.”  A rebuke is an advice. Proverbs 12: 15 "The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, But he who heeds counsel is wise.” Proverbs 19: 20 "Listen to the counsel and receive instruction, That you may be wise in your later days. ” Proverbs 13: 18 "Poverty and shame will come to him who disdains correction, But he who regards a rebuke will be honored.” The opposite of rebuke is flattering.   A rebuke b...

THE LAW IS LOVE

"Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.” (Romans 13: 8) We have the duty to love one another, this is the law of the Kingdom of God. When we withhold love we are in debt before God. "Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another;” (Romans 12: 9-10) The miracles of Jesus happen when He is moved with compassion. And it will happen thru us when we are moved with compassion as well. The Kingdom of God can't grow, renew, move on, if love is not DEMONSTRATED. "Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. And do this, knowing the time, that now it is a high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the...
