THE FIVE WISE VIRGINS AND THE TRUE VINE
BEFORE READING THIS MESSAGE, PLEASE READ: John 15: 1-10 AND Matthew 25: 1-13
When we abide in the Word, we remain in Jesus and receive the oil that the five wise virgins had.
Matthew 25: 9
But they had to maintain the oil until the end, which the other five didn't do.
Not all believers are disciples of Jesus. (Luke 14: 26-27)
A disciple is everyone connected to the True Vine.
A disciple is everyone connected to the True Vine.
Love (for God) is the sap that comes from the True Vine to the branches.
The oil that the five wise virgins kept until the end is Love (for God).
True anointing comes from Love.
Oil is love, the Holy Spirit is love, oil, and fire.
The oil is responsible for maintaining the fire burning, which is our faith.
The Oil is love for God, the fire burning in the lamp is faith.
Oil is love, the Holy Spirit is love, oil, and fire.
The oil is responsible for maintaining the fire burning, which is our faith.
The Oil is love for God, the fire burning in the lamp is faith.
The five foolish virgins wanted the love (oil) that was in the five wise virgins, which they only had because the wise ones were connected to the True Vine.
The five foolish virgins were keeping only the "appearance".
The five foolish virgins were keeping only the "appearance".
They appeared to be following Jesus because they had works, but they were not keeping the oil.
When they saw the end of the times approaching, and began to feel the darkness surrounding them, they realized that something was missing, and what they had was not sufficient to survive what was to come.
They were keeping the focus on the wise virgins and forgetting to abide in Jesus.
(Focusing on people instead of Jesus)
(Focusing on people instead of Jesus)
These foolish ones were worrying more about the history that they were building on Earth, than losing all for Jesus.
Reputation, history, hard work, etc. Instead of love and the flowing of the Spirit.
So what is the True Vine? We know it's Jesus, but where is He?
In a church? In the thoughts of leaders? In doctrines? In books?
In a church? In the thoughts of leaders? In doctrines? In books?
No, HE IS THE WORD OF GOD.
Many, these days are being deceived by “fake vines”.
Unfaithful Pastors, groups of people, thoughts, theories, books, etc.
Unfaithful Pastors, groups of people, thoughts, theories, books, etc.
They are being distracted by men, churches, ministries, reputation, and forgetting to love the Word above all these things and leaving all for Him.
Remaining in the Word, keeping the Word, the commandments.
This is to be connected to the True Vine.
Not to follow people, churches, opinions, books etc.
This is to be connected to the True Vine.
Not to follow people, churches, opinions, books etc.
When we obey the commandments we enter in connection to Jesus, the True Vine.
Sometimes, we may be tempted to follow a beautiful history or picture offered by options and circumstances, but we may end up disconnecting from the True Vine without even noticing it.
John 14: 21
“He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”
“He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”
When we abide in the Word, we remain in Jesus and receive the oil that the five wise virgins had.
Matthew 25: 9
But they had to maintain the oil until the end, which the other five didn't do.
This shows us that many will lose the connection to the True Vine/Word.
It is necessary to remain even when everything comes against us.
Matthew 24: 12-13
“And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved."
“And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved."
The True Vine is also the Truth.
The Lord says in His Word that His people perish for lack of knowledge.
Lack of knowledge of what? Of the Truth. (Jesus, God)
Lack of knowledge of what? Of the Truth. (Jesus, God)
The Truth set us free, and people perish for lack of freedom.
The freedom that comes from knowing more of the Truth every day.
There is no limit, there is always more Truth to be found. Jesus is not fully known. (1 Cor. 13: 12)
We cannot lean on visions, beliefs, prophecies, books, and doctrines, we must lean on the Word allowing God move the impossible.
John 8: 31-32
“Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
“Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
This last phrase (verse 32) does not refer only to unbelievers, but to believers that are stuck in circumstances, temptations, churches, fake vines.
Notice that Jesus said, "you shall know the truth"... AFTER becoming a disciple, AFTER abiding in the Word.
The word "abide" shows us that there are challenges to overcome.
Trials, tests, temptations, that comes against our dreams, bringing illusions, testing our "capacity to abide" or testing the integrity of our love for Jesus.
When we overcome these things, preferring the Word more than our own lives, then, we became disciples, and the Lord sets us free to enter our Promised Lands.
When standing on the Word, the knowledge of the truth comes, and sets us free for our prophetic/ divine destiny.

John 8: 51
“Most assuredly, I say to you, if anyone keeps My word he shall never see death.”
“Most assuredly, I say to you, if anyone keeps My word he shall never see death.”
Inside some dead and cold churches, there are always some people that maintain themselves alive. These are the ones who keep the Word.
Luke 8: 21
“But He answered and said to them, “My mother and My brothers are these who hear the word of God and do it.”
“But He answered and said to them, “My mother and My brothers are these who hear the word of God and do it.”
Ephesians 4: 13-15
“ till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;
that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—"

Colossians 2: 8
“Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ"

Some people think: "But we have the Holy Spirit... we don't need to consult God, whatever we do is God's will" etc...
But, the Holy Spirit is also the Word:
But, the Holy Spirit is also the Word:
1 John 5: 7
“For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one."
“For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one."
Matthew 25: 10-13
“And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut.
“And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut.
“Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’
“Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming."
